Paying homage to the iconic ‘70s diplomat sofa, Melrose is the Zinc x Dieter Vander Velpen Architects take on this classic diagonal stripe. Woven from a plush velvet and soft boucle, Melrose is a strong graphic design which is slightly relaxed in character yet sleek and smart in appearance. Named after Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, famed for its designer furniture shops. ‘Melrose felt very graphic for me, it pushed me out of my comfort zone, but as soon as I saw the fabric, I got it, I loved it. Delivery aim for UK orders is 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated below the add to cart button. Other locations vary.

Orders are despatched and confirmed via email with tracking number and delivered by UPS.

UPS now has a UPS My Choice option to reschedule or collect from many UPS pick-up points.

All bespoke items carry a longer lead time and you will often be quoted an estimated delivery date prior to placing the order.

If there are any issues with meeting the standard delivery time frame, you will be contacted.

Fabric Returns Policy

Each fabric order is bespoke, as the fabric has been specifically cut to your requirements. For this reason we cannot accept cancellations, refunds, or direct exchanges.

We can, however, request that the fabric companies accept your order back into stock and negotiate a refund. This is subject to their agreement and payment of their handling charges. Please contact us if you have ordered the wrong product or changed your mind.

Fabric companies typically impose a restocking/handling fee of around 30% of the order value. This would be deducted from your refund.

Returns are not usually possible if the fabric length is less than 5 metres.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

All return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a professional courier.

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, a full replacement or refund can be offered up to 30 days for faulty or damaged goods at no extra cost. Please notify us within a few days of receipt. A replacement or refund will be processed as quickly as possible.

Is available for this product, however we do not hold stock of samples and rely on our suppliers having stock of the samples to supply to us. If you wish to receive a cutting of this product please use the order sample button and follow the check out procedure.

Fabric sample sizes can vary but are generally approx 10cms x 10cms square. Wallpaper samples can be anything from approx A6 to A4 size.

Sample cuttings are priced at ££0.75 VAT inc. per sample
