Silent Gliss Wave Curtain Tape Cut to Size by the Meter. The Wave Curtain Heading Tape has now been improved. It now has two rows of pockets running along the top edge of the tape, the positioning of these pockets is such that the tape can be sewn on to the top edge of the curtain regardless of which system is being used. (Note if 6098W gliders are being used, the tape will need to be sewn down by 7mm).Wave Standard is available with the following Silent Gliss curtain track systems: Hand drawn curtain tracks: 3840, 6130 and 6100. Cord operated curtain tracks: 3840 and 6120. Motorised curtain tracks: 5090, 5200 and 5400. Please note the Wave tape is FR and suitable for contract use.

Orders are despatched and confirmed via email with tracking number and delivered by UPS.

UPS now has a UPS My Choice option to reschedule or collect from many UPS pick-up points.

All bespoke items carry a longer lead time and you will often be quoted an estimated delivery date prior to placing the order.

If there are any issues with meeting the standard delivery time frame, you will be contacted.

Fabric Returns Policy

Each fabric order is bespoke, as the fabric has been specifically cut to your requirements. For this reason we cannot accept cancellations, refunds, or direct exchanges.

We can, however, request that the fabric companies accept your order back into stock and negotiate a refund. This is subject to their agreement and payment of their handling charges. Please contact us if you have ordered the wrong product or changed your mind.

Fabric companies typically impose a restocking/handling fee of around 30% of the order value. This would be deducted from your refund.

Returns are not usually possible if the fabric length is less than 5 metres.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

All return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a professional courier.

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, a full replacement or refund can be offered up to 30 days for faulty or damaged goods at no extra cost. Please notify us within a few days of receipt. A replacement or refund will be processed as quickly as possible.

Is available for this product, however we do not hold stock of samples and rely on our suppliers having stock of the samples to supply to us. If you wish to receive a cutting of this product please use the order sample button and follow the check out procedure.

Fabric sample sizes can vary but are generally approx 10cms x 10cms square. Wallpaper samples can be anything from approx A6 to A4 size.
