Forestview is a woollen upholstery textile by Patricia Urquiola with an intricate, tactile surface and an omnidirectional, multicoloured pattern evoking Alpine forests. Inspired by patterns found in arboreal structures, Forestview digitises and recreates the veins found in wood through advanced jacquard weaving techniques and a sophisticated colour system. This approach gives the textile a topographic surface of geometric, pine-like forms that is alive with subtle movement. Patricia Urquiola: "Seen from above, a forest becomes abstract, a sea stirred by wind, irregular yet rhythmic. Forestview captures this perspective, blending randomness with harmonious order - it's like a memory of nature encoded in structure." The palette for Forestview comprises a scale of colourways ranging from light to dark, uniting gentle tones such as wheat, cream and brown with burnt pinks and bold blues. Each colourway is composed of five yarn colours: a thicker yarn in the dominant tone gives the surface its primary hue and thinner yarns in different colours create vibrant depth. The effect is almost like a digitised melange - as you look at the textile, you notice eye-catching dots of bold colour emerging from the 'forest'. Delivery aim for UK orders is 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated below the add to cart button. Other locations vary.

Orders are despatched and confirmed via email with tracking number and delivered by UPS.

UPS now has a UPS My Choice option to reschedule or collect from many UPS pick-up points.

All bespoke items carry a longer lead time and you will often be quoted an estimated delivery date prior to placing the order.

If there are any issues with meeting the standard delivery time frame, you will be contacted.

Fabric Returns Policy

Each fabric order is bespoke, as the fabric has been specifically cut to your requirements. For this reason we cannot accept cancellations, refunds, or direct exchanges.

We can, however, request that the fabric companies accept your order back into stock and negotiate a refund. This is subject to their agreement and payment of their handling charges. Please contact us if you have ordered the wrong product or changed your mind.

Fabric companies typically impose a restocking/handling fee of around 30% of the order value. This would be deducted from your refund.

Returns are not usually possible if the fabric length is less than 5 metres.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

All return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a professional courier.

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, a full replacement or refund can be offered up to 30 days for faulty or damaged goods at no extra cost. Please notify us within a few days of receipt. A replacement or refund will be processed as quickly as possible.

Is available for this product, however we do not hold stock of samples and rely on our suppliers having stock of the samples to supply to us. If you wish to receive a cutting of this product please use the order sample button and follow the check out procedure.

Fabric sample sizes can vary but are generally approx 10cms x 10cms square. Wallpaper samples can be anything from approx A6 to A4 size.
